Four-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated Tauren Wells debuted his solo music in 2017 with the dance-able pop hit, “Love Is Action”, which held the No. 1 spot at CHR radio for eight weeks. He also currently leads worship regularly at Elevation Church and Lakewood Church.

Members of Lakewood Church were ecstatic to welcome Tauren Wells home as he held a special album release concert during the weekly Bible Study this past Wednesday night. Wells opened the concert by performing Never Gonna Let Me Go, from his first album Hills and Valleys. Guests were moved by his ministry through music, as he gave several testimonies about how he reached the platform that he’s on today.

It can be said that Wells’ dance moves and sound during his performance can be compared to the late great King of Pop, Michael Jackson, however, Tauren made sure that the audience felt the presence of God through each song. Later in the show, Tauren brought out a special guest; Gary LeVox of Rascal Flatts as they performed Until Grace, from the Citizen of Heaven album. Toward to the end of the concert, members of Tauren’s management team and label staff presented him with a certified Gold Plaque for his hit single Known. He was certainly moved and humbled by the presentation as he continued with the performance.

Tauren Wells’ sophomore album Citizen of Heaven is now available everywhere music is sold. Two tracks from the new album “Miracle” and “Close,” also features Pastor Steven Furtick of Elevation Church in Charlotte, NC.
