HOUSTON – Saturday, March 7th, 2020, Baller Academy Founder and Former Professional Soccer Player Nathan Kouamou hosted the After-School Programs Uniform Unveil Party and luncheon presented by Walmart.
Baller Academy’s proud sponsors include Baller Foundation, Houston’s own Dr. James Prince of Rap-A-Lot Records, Raising Cane’s, Walmart, and Spring ISD. Guests were entertained and inspired by performances from local schools such as Hartsfield Elementary Kelso Elementary, where students showcased their school’s pride and gave the attendees another reason to want to partner with Baller Academy.
Their mission – Baller Academy brings professional soccer coaches to communities and offers soccer programs for individuals, schools, organizations, and communities in need. We provide children and their families with a vehicle to promote participation, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and community. Baller Academy partners with Baller Foundation, school districts and communities to create leadership and educational lessons for the overlooked neighborhoods through after-school enrichment programs and experiences.
Our team includes current and former professional athletes, as well as licensed coaches and collegiate athletes.
The guest was also allowed to view the new Baller Academy 2020 Apparel line that can be purchased directly from their website https://shop.balleracademy.com
We had the opportunity to catch up with the founder Nathan Kouamou on the red carpet before the event to find out what was the inspiration behind Baller Academy.
